Trustee Fire and Security (TFS) Ltd have been serving satisfied customers in the South East Region since 1979. TFS strive to provide the premier in Fire and Security solutions for both domestic and commercial properties. They understand that making your premises safe and secure is paramount, which is why they provide a range of services including Fire alarms, Intruder alarms, CCTV, Access control, security personal, Emergency Lighting, Fire extinguishers and AOV.

The Challenge

Trustee Fire & Security got in contact with our team at Qlic as there were interested in moving offices and installing new IT kit. 

After they reached out to us, our Projects Team helped Trustee Fire move office spaces which included moving their server, setting up printers, laptops, monitors, phones and TVs! 

The Approach

After the office move was complete, Trustee Fire had a brand new conference room designed in their new office and wanted some new kit installed. So, our team installed a brand new Logitech camera system which works in conjunction with their Microsoft Teams for video meetings. Along with a Bluetooth Jabra speaker to make sure their online conferences are amazing quality! 

Once the new kit was installed and tested, we proposed to Trustee Fire that moving them over to SharePoint would be very beneficial for flexible working and much more. So, they decided to go ahead with this 2 months later.

Our selected Project’s Team for the job liaised with the manager at Trustee Fire to find the dates that best suited them. Once the Office Move and New Kit Install were complete, our Project Manager Ollie Bright found the best suited weekend for Trustee Fire so that he could migrate them over to SharePoint, without disturbing them during business hours.

The Results

Trustee Fire was very happy with the completed project and couldn’t wait to start using their new and improved system in their brand-new office space.
