Implementation Process

Our streamlined implementation approach ensures a smooth transition and seamless support for your organisation:

Contracts Signed & Third Parties Introduced:

After signing the support agreement, we request introductions to key third parties working with your business, including broadband providers and software vendors. Establishing these relationships early allows us to address user issues and begin support quickly.

Information Requested from Outgoing Suppliers:

We handle the work of contacting previous IT suppliers, requesting information and detailing equipment. We liaise with your previous supplier directly and fully manage the migration to Qlic. This allows you to continue running your organisation without interruption.

Site Survey & IT Audit:

Once we’ve gathered the necessary information, we conduct a full site survey of your IT hardware, software, and services. Our team deploys a remote support tool during onboarding, enabling us to provide immediate assistance when users call for support. We detail your existing IT infrastructure and discuss any additional requirements and ongoing issues.
